*NOTE: To ensure you get the most value for your $150 flat rate, our team will work through your list in order of importance. Please note that this is a fixed 2-hour session; we will focus on your top priorities first, but we cannot guarantee the completion of the entire home within this timeframe. By booking, you acknowledge that this is a priority-based session rather than a 'whole-home' guarantee. We recommend focusing on 2–3 key areas to ensure the highest quality results within the allotted time.
